Stephanie is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Conestoga College and is licensed with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). She enjoys providing deep pressure massage with a focus on myofascial, trigger point, and range-of-motion techniques to help relieve pain, tension, and stress. Each treatment is tailored to meet her clients’ specific goals — whether it’s recovery, relaxation, or improved mobility. Before becoming an RMT, Stephanie worked in social services and disability support, which shaped her compassionate, client-centered approach. She values creating a safe, inclusive space for every individual and integrates her background in support work into her massage practice whenever possible. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and supporting her community.
