Anna Buczek is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario with an Honours Degree from Humber College. She aims to combine her passion for health and wellness with her massage therapy practice using various manual techniques including Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and neuromuscular work and combing treatment with appropriate therapeutic exercise and hydrotherapy prescriptions. Anna aims to educate and empower her clients to become more aligned with their physical and mental health and provide the tools they need to help them on their wellness journey. Anna has experience working with a diverse population including pre- and post-natal, infants, neurological conditions, chronic pain and health conditions, mental illness, disability, athletes, and palliative care. She hopes to continue her wellness education to expand her knowledge and provide the most current care for her patients.
