My name is Kai (they/them) and I am passionate about nervous system work and self-care, myofascial release work, and communication! In my massage work, I dive into these passions through attuned and engaged work with clients where we can build trust using communication as our guide to helping you receive the care you need. I take my sessions as an opportunity to grow and learn, and am excited to build relationships with my clients helping aid them in their recovery and self-care practice.
Medical Massage is targeted, therapeutic massage designed to address specific conditions such as chronic pain, injury recovery, and muscle dysfunction. Treatment is tailored to your individual needs using clinically informed techniques. Treatment is focused on the areas of concern based on medical necessity. A medical referral is required for Medical Massage.
