Ally is a Registered Acupuncturist with a background in physical education, rehabilitation and personal training. She enjoys helping people move and feel better through thoughtful, individualized care. She has a particular interest in working with athletes, women navigating perimenopause and individuals who have been diagnosed with nervous system dysregulation, autism and/or ADHD late in life. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or looking for support with stress, sleep or hormonal changes, Ally aims to create a welcoming space where you feel heard and supported.
