Howdy! I love what I do. Ever since I had a “yes” feeling about pursuing massage therapy about three years ago, everything has come together beautifully. I attended the Lane Community College massage therapy program and I feel very grateful to have found a supportive environment here at Hand of the Heart. I look forward to listening to your body and your words to be part of your health journey. When I’m not massaging, I enjoy snuggling my toddler, playing in the garden, and cooking. I also speak Spanish! (¡Yo también hablo español!) Insurance accepted: Cigna, Aetna (Out of network), Providence, Healthnet, PacificSource (Out of network), Trillium, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Kaiser/Heraya, HMA, and SAIF. All others are out of network. Also accepts membership and package clients, MVA or self pay clients.
60 minute duration massage therapy treatment focused on deeper pressure techniques and/or targeting deeper layers of tissue. Please arrive with plenty of time to check in and be on the table at the appointment start time.
