Intuitively guided, Lyndsi blends a variety of techniques and healing modalities to restore calm and bring balance to the mind, body, and soul. She graduated from Ivy Tech in 2018 with an Associate of Applied Science, a certificate, and a technical certificate in Therapeutic Massage. Shortly after, she began serving the community as a massage therapist at Amethyst Heart Wellness Spa, where she worked for four years until stepping away to welcome the birth of her son. During this season, she focused on raising her children and nurturing her family while continuing to deepen her personal healing journey. In August 2025, Lyndsi returns to massage with a renewed heart and passion for service. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and certified Reiki practitioner specializing in customized intuitive therapeutic massage, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone, lymphatic work, reflexology, and Reiki. Her goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where clients feel seen, supported, and restored—inside and out.
Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet to help correct energy flows throughout your body.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, light-pressure massage designed to encourage healthy lymphatic flow while promoting relaxation and overall wellness. This service may help reduce mild fluid retention and support healthy circulation. This is a basic wellness lymphatic massage and does not include post-operative or abdominal lymphatic drainage.
