Christina is interested in helping each client improve their own sense of wellness through bodywork and energy work. She believes that by receiving regular work, an individual can find physical, emotional, and spiritual balance, helping the body achieve a greater sense of well-being, a reduction in stress and pain levels, and peace of mind. Graduating from massage school in 2010, Christina has taken several continuing education classes including Cupping & Gua Sha, Arvigo- Maya Abdominal Massage, Ayurvedic Bodywork, Integrative Acupressure, Positional Therapy, etc.... She has been a practicing Energy worker for 20 years and most recently completed a Biodynamic Craniosacral Apprenticeship & Shamanic Healing Apprenticeship.
A classic massage that will ease your muscle tension, reduce your stress levels, and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. Energy holds may be incorporated to deepen your meditative state. (Firm but lighter to moderate pressure)
