I’m a graduate of Lake Superior College, Duluth, MN, 624-hour Massage Therapy Program. While in school I studied Swedish/Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Infant, Pregnancy, Senior, Sports Massage and Lymphatic Drainage Techniques, as well as Somatic Muscle Release and assisted stretching. I also became certified in Pediatric Massage Therapy through Liddle Kidz Foundation in May 2016. My massage style has been described as being gentle and therapeutic. I use an intuitive approach along with a fusion of multiple modalities to meet each client’s needs.
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
