About Joelle After completing my Master of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Alberta, I developed a strong passion for women’s health and pelvic floor physiotherapy. I work closely with women during pregnancy and postpartum, helping them maintain strength and activity as their bodies adapt, recover, and return to movement. With a background in competitive running–having raced as a varsity track and field athlete in the 800m and cross country events–I bring a unique understanding of movement, performance, and the challenges that come with returning to sport. As a runner myself, I love helping others find strength and balance in their training while preventing injury. I’m passionate about supporting people of all ages to stay active and enjoy the activities that bring them fulfillment, whether that’s sport, running, or simply moving through daily life with ease. Outside the clinic, you’ll find me running, hiking in the mountains with my dog, or recharging through yoga and Pilates.
