Elma graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in April 2012, she has a strong commitment to delivering personalized care that supports each patient’s journey toward optimal health. She employs a range of therapeutic techniques, including Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release, Deep tissue methods, and also has experience in Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. Outside of her practice, Elma enjoys spending quality time with her 3 kids, family and friends. Spending lots of time outdoors, her favorite things are hiking and camping.
This appointment is required for all patients before you can schedule a subsequent appointment. It includes a full assessment, treatment, home care instructions and treatment planning. Please complete our online intake forms which will be emailed to you. Alternatively, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete the intake paperwork in the office.
