I have always enjoyed learning new things and helping people find relief from the everyday stress, aches and pains. I graduated MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in 2004 and have continued to take courses regularly throughout the years to maintain my professional massage insurance with NHPC in Alberta. I love learning new techniques that help with releasing fascia and tension in the muscles and improving body alignment.
