I believe healing isn’t just about getting rid of pain—it’s about helping you rediscover what lights you up in life again. That’s why I love waking up each day for this work: watching someone go from barely getting through the day, weighed down by pain, to stepping back into the things they love with energy and confidence. I do that by really listening—digging deeper than the surface, to figure out why something happens, not just where it hurts. My approach is a mix of hands-on techniques (like soft-tissue and joint work) and nervous-system-focused tools such as Neurokinetic Therapy, P-DTR, or micro-current point stimulation with Dolphin NeuroStim (depending on your needs). I combine those with functional stretches, mobility progressions, and lifestyle insights so you can carry that progress beyond the clinic—whether you’re gaming, getting back on the field, or just feeling like yourself again. I’m as committed to your body as you are—to not only helping it feel better, but helping you understand it. Together, we’ll create a recovery path so that your body supports—not limits—you, every single day.
