I obtained my Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from the University of Toronto, and then went on to graduate Summa Cum Laude from Life West Chiropractic College in San Francisco. My interest in healthcare has always been deep-rooted in my desire to help people. Giving individuals the ability to regain their health without the need for drugs or surgery was a big reason why I pursed Chiropractic. I was born in Hamilton, but have spent the majority of my life in Ancaster. And now that I’m home from California, I’m ready to give back and serve my community by providing the highest quality of care! I aim to provide chiropractic care through precise spinal & extremity adjustments, and use soft tissue therapy for the purpose of treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and restoring normal function within the body. By creating custom treatment plans tailored to each person, along with providing patient education & active care, we can work towards achieving full symptomatic relief and improving one’s quality of life! When I’m not in clinic, I like to spend my time playing basketball! I played competitively for 17 years and love every chance I get to be on the court. I also enjoy working out, travelling and trying new foods!

Initial Chiropractic Assessment

What to Expect During Your Initial CHIRO Assessment Your first CHIRO assessment is an important step in understanding your health needs and planning your care. During this visit, a Chiropractor will talk with you about your medical history, current concerns, medications, and overall health. They may ask about your lifestyle, daily activities, and any support you have at home. The provider may check your vital signs (like blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen levels) and perform basic physical assessments if needed. Together, YOU AND I WILL discuss your goals and any challenges you are facing. The goal of this visit is to create a care plan that supports your health and helps you stay as independent and well as possible. Feel free to ask questions or share anything that’s important to you — your voice matters in your care. Time permitting you may also get a session of care/adjustment.
