Growing up in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, I became fascinated by massage after watching a family member relieve my mother's pain almost instantly with deep tissue work. From that moment, I knew this was my calling. I trained at the San Francisco School of Massage in 2005 and ran a successful private practice in San Francisco for nearly a decade. I later earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations — Summa Cum Laude — from the University of Rhode Island in 2016. I completed advanced training at the Somatherapy Institute School of Massage in Rancho Mirage. I hold an active CAMTC certification (#83098) and am a proud member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). With 20 years of experience, my practice is built on one belief: every person is a unique individual with a unique body and unique needs. I have come to understand that healing is a dual process — addressing the clinical needs of the body to unlock the quiet potential of the spirit. In a single session, I may draw from deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial release, cupping, hot stones, reflexology, craniosacral therapy, Thai massage, Lomi Lomi, Zen Shiatsu, aromatherapy, Reiki, and more — always guided by what your body needs that day. I am the sole proprietor of Spa Vida PSP, located at 1255 E Ramon Road, Suite #2, Palm Springs, CA. All sessions are conducted at my studio by appointment only, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
