Jowena is a registered physiotherapist licensed by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, holding a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (Neurology, 2020, India). She brings diverse clinical experience across multiple healthcare settings, delivering individualized, evidence-informed rehabilitation tailored to each patient’s functional goals and recovery needs. Her clinical expertise spans orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological conditions including stroke and Parkinson’s disease, post-operative recovery, chronic pain management, and TMJ dysfunction. She has also completed advanced training in TMDs, with a focus on the assessment and management of temporomandibular joint dysfunction and headache-related disorders. Jowena integrates manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education within a patient-centred, goal-oriented approach. She has also contributed to the field through the publication of several research papers.
