Meet Tara, a Physiotherapist with a Master’s in Physiotherapy from the University of Ottawa. She is excited to help people move better and feel their best! During her studies, Tara gained hands-on experience in clinics and rehab centers, where she learned the ropes of patient care. Tara is particularly passionate about working with kids and loves creating personalized treatment plans that empower her patients on their journey to recovery. She believes in making therapy engaging and supportive, so her patients feel motivated and involved every step of the way. Eager to enhance her skills, she plans to further her education in pediatrics and manual therapy. Tara is proud to offer her services in both English and French, making her care accessible to a broader community. When she’s not in the clinic, Tara can be found coaching gymnastics as well as exploring the great outdoors. She is thrilled to start her career and make a positive impact in her community, one patient at a time!
