Hi there! My name is Erica and I am a California native. I moved to Colorado to complete a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and Psychology. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with a passion for holistic health, functional medicine, and the integration of Eastern and Western medicine. My goal is to personalize each session with my clients towards their needs and goals for their individual health. I enjoy working with different age groups and value diversity. For the past few years, I have volunteered at the National Disabled Veterans Winter Sports Clinic and look forward to opportunities that allow for giving back. I grew up playing soccer and basketball and love sports. Now, I spend a lot of my time adventuring outdoors, whether it is camping, hiking with my dog, River, or getting up into the mountains.
