With over 20 years of experience in structural bodywork and therapeutic massage, I specialize in listening to what each client’s body is asking for rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. My work combines Structural Energetic Therapy, deep tissue, craniosacral techniques, myofascial and subtle body awareness to address both acute pain and long-standing patterns of tension. I am equally comfortable providing focused structural treatment or using a gentle, restorative touch, always adapting to the client’s needs and comfort level.
