I graduated from Grant MacEwan in 2002, and have spent my career in a variety of clinics focusing on rehabilitation. I have always wanted to help facilitate change in my clients, and so have taken a number of different modalities over the years including, Manual Lymph Drainage and Visceral Manipulation. Over the years I have taught at Grant MacEwan and South Edmonton School of Massage. I have a special fondness for tricky necks and low backs. I’m truly excited to be a part of this incredible team at Therapeutic Body Concepts and look forward to helping you reach your therapeutic goals!
Massage Therapy
60 Minute duration of Relaxation, or Deep Tissue/Therapeutic Massage Therapy.
Lymphatic Drainage
MLD involves the use of gentle manual maneuvers to aid in the recirculation of body fluids. While the exact amount of pressure applied depends on the area and pathology involved, it usually equates to very little pressure. Using this technique, trained therapists are able to detect the specific rhythm, direction, depth, and quality of the lymph flow anywhere in the body.
