Mainland Massage Therapy
4559 Hastings Street, Burnaby, BC, V5C 0J5
My approach to massage therapy has evolved through hands-on experience and continued education. I have training in Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Cranial Fascial Therapy and Level 2 Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), with a focus on orthopedic applications. With a strong foundation in kinesiology and personal training, I take an active approach to treatment while prioritizing hands-on techniques to support recovery. My treatments integrate myofascial and trigger point release therapies, assisted stretching and targeted lymphatic work to restore mobility, improve function, and support the body’s natural healing process. This skill set allows me to effectively treat a range of conditions, including chronic tension, postural imbalances, nerve impingements, joint restrictions, and post-surgical swelling. I also work with individuals recovering from sports injuries, repetitive strain conditions, and those managing conditions like tendinopathies, whiplash, or persistent pain patterns that haven’t responded to other treatments.
