Gentle hands, natural healing, nurturing body and spirit Laura Burca is a former Registered Nurse, Manual Osteopath, and holistic healer with a passion for supporting whole-body wellness. With over two decades of experience in health care, Laura has always been guided by her deep compassion for others. Her background in Nursing shaped her ability to listen, care, and hold space through life’s most tender and transformative moments - qualities that now flow into her holistic practice. Laura’s approach is deeply client-centered: she listens, observes, and tailors each session to the individual - whether the goal is pain relief, optimal health, nervous system regulation, cellular repair, or glowing skin. She believes that true healing happens when body, mind, and spirit are nurtured together. She addresses not only the physical symptoms but also the root causes and deeper energetic imbalances that contribute to them. Outside the clinic, Laura finds renewal in Nature and joy in the company of her beloved Bernese Mountain Dogs, who ground and inspire her daily. Her mission is to help others feel not only better in their bodies, but more empowered, balanced, and radiant in their daily lives.

Initial Manual Osteopathic Assessment & Treatment (60 min)

This first visit is a focused, whole-body assessment designed to understand your health history, movement patterns, and current concerns. We will review your goals, assess alignment and mobility, and begin hands-on treatment during the same session. We will finish the session by reviewing findings and best practices at home. Clients seek osteopathic care for many reasons: acute or chronic pain, postural strain, injury recovery, pregnancy and postpartum changes, stress-related tension, headaches, digestive discomfort, or simply to support overall wellness and nervous system balance. Using gentle, precise techniques, treatment is tailored to your individual presentation and designed to restore mobility, reduce strain, and encourage long-term alignment. You do not need a medical diagnosis or referral to book. If you don’t see a day or time that works for you, feel free to text me directly at 226-236-5124 — I’m always happy to help find a spot.
