Eleni graduated from McMaster University with an Honours Degree Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University. She is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She has completed Level 1 & Level 2 Upper + Lower Manual Therapy Courses with the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association Manual Therapy as well as Dry Needling courses with Acupuncture Canada. Eleni has worked as a Certified Personal Trainer for several years and worked with McMaster University varsity sports teams as a Student Athletic Therapist. She has also worked with seniors in a variety of settings. Given her background as a technical and competitive dancer, she is also a certified dance instructor through the British Association of Teachers of Dancing and is an Advanced Member of the Royal Academy of Dance. Eleni adopts a holistic approach to physiotherapy, ensuring each patient receives comprehensive care tailored to their specific needs. Her treatment approach integrates manual therapy and modalities with her extensive background in exercise to maximize her patient goals. Outside the clinic, Eleni enjoys an active lifestyle that includes strength training, outdoor activities, playing tennis & pickleball, Pilates, and dancing.
