Dr. Aly was born and raised in the small town of Cedar Grove, Wisconsin. She attended Lakeland University in Plymouth, WI., where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Chiropractic from the Fountainhead – Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. Dr. Aly’s goal is to help patients achieve their health and lifestyle goals through chiropractic. Dr. Aly utilizes hands-on techniques including Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson, Toggle Recoil, extremity adjusting, and Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT). She also holds training in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), myofascial release, and Activator Methods. Dr. Aly has experience working with patients from all fitness levels and stages of life. During her free time Dr. Aly leads an active lifestyle. You can find her taking Ziggy for walks, caring for her houseplants, trying out new restaurants and local breweries, exploring her passion for cooking at home, or spending time with her friends and family. This appointment is required for those who are new to the practice or have been inactive for 3 years or longer. The appointment includes a detailed history, an exam assessing range of motion, posture, neurological testing, orthopedic testing, and a report of findings from the evaluation. X-ray's may be taken upon request or if the doctor feels it's necessary for further examination. After your evaluation is complete, you will receive an adjustment and other therapies discussed with your doctor.
