Meet Brian – Your Physiotherapist & Movement Specialist Brian is a Registered Physiotherapist with a strong foundation in evidence-based rehabilitation, using quantitative, objective data to drive better patient outcomes. He completed his Master’s in Physiotherapy at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Human Kinetics at UBC. Before becoming a full-time physiotherapist, he worked as a kinesiologist and personal trainer, shaping his movement-based rehabilitation philosophy that empowers clients to take an active role in their recovery. Specialties & Expertise: Golf Rehabilitation & Performance (TPI Certified) – Analyzing swing mechanics, mobility, and ground reaction forces using force plates to optimize movement and prevent injury. Vestibular & Concussion Rehabilitation – Using state-of-the-art vestibular goggles and force plate analysis to assess and treat dizziness, balance disorders, and post-concussion symptoms. Musculoskeletal & Orthopaedic Therapy – Managing acute injuries, chronic pain, and post-surgical recovery with advanced manual therapy, dry needling, and acupuncture. GLA:D Canada Program – Evidence-based osteoarthritis care to reduce pain, improve mobility, and delay or prevent surgery. Brian has completed extensive advanced training in vestibular therapy and has attended multiple international vestibular conventions, staying at the forefront of research and innovation. His scientific approach to rehabilitation ensures that treatment is guided by measurable, objective progress tracking . A Passion for Learning & Teaching Has been a clinical mentor and a small group facilitator at the University of Toronto, Brian enjoys sharing his knowledge with the next generation of physiotherapists. His dedication to lifelong learning has led him to explore pursuing a PhD in post-concussion management, furthering advancements in rehabilitation science. Beyond the Clinic A lifelong athlete, Brian has been involved in golf, basketball, soccer, football, and Olympic lifting. When he’s not helping clients, you’ll find him hiking trails with his dog, TJ, embracing the active lifestyle he promotes.
