Serena is a recent graduate of College of Dupage's LMT program who works between light and medium pressure. She has an understanding of body mechanics and listens to the body as a whole and to its individual parts to blend her techniques of swedish, deep tissue, myofascial and clinical therapeutic massage in a dance between her hands and your muscles to create a unique customized experience to meet your wellness goals. She is passionate about cultivating a deft and nurturing presence and safe space for her clients to truly relax and heal.
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to ease stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. It is a classic, full body massage that can be received undressed to your comfort level, draped with a sheet to protect your modesty.
