I have always wanted to help people, and when my family and friends suggested looking into massage therapy, I did my research and became utterly fascinated with how beneficial it is for the body. After graduating from SOMA Institute in 2016, I've consistently worked in spa setting, helping alleviate pain and stress for people so that they might enjoy a better quality of life. I am certified in Swedish, prenatal, reflexology, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and sports massage, and I have continued to learn and develop my skills as a massage therapist throughout my career. Stress relief and pain management are my specialties, and with them I hope to help my clients reach their lifestyle goals. A healthy body and mind are immensely important, especially these days. I look forward to developing further as a clinical therapist, and continuing to help others feel their best.
