I have got full medical degree and 200 hours of WATSU (water shiatsu) training in Russia (Moscow). I used my knowledge for helping people with movement disabilities. Upon arrival in the United States, I combined all my past experience and knowledge with the desire to continue to help people feel better. I am working as a massage therapist since 2017. I believe that there cannot be a unified standard approach for everybody. My method is creating a customized and individual massage for each person. I practice Swedish massage, Deep tissue, Myofascial release, Sports massage, Trigger point protocol. I do both wellness and treatment massage. My professional interest – clients with headaches, neck and shoulders injuries, and other pathological conditions of neck and upper back.
