Hi, I’m Natalia. I grew up in Campbell River before moving to Victoria to complete my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Victoria, and later to Scotland to complete my Master of Science in Physiotherapy at Robert Gordon University. I have a focus on orthopaedic (musculoskeletal—joints, muscles, bones, tendons, and ligaments) rehabilitation, with a background in kinesiology and strength training. I enjoy helping clients recover from injury, manage pain, and return to the activities that matter most to them. I take an individualized and collaborative approach to treatment—working alongside you to understand your goals and create a plan that supports your success, while giving you the tools to maintain your progress long-term. I bring a positive, encouraging energy into my practice and aim to create a supportive environment where you feel motivated, confident, and empowered throughout your rehabilitation. Growing up, I was involved in a wide range of sports and outdoor activities, including competitive dance, soccer, hiking, camping, surfing and skiing. These experiences helped shape my passion for staying active and supporting others in returning to the activities they enjoy. These days, outside of the clinic, you can often find me running, cycling, training at the gym, playing piano, or heading out on a spontaneous adventure with my camera.
