Jessica is a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping clients understand their bodies, build confidence in movement, and improve their quality of life. Her practice focuses on bowel and bladder health, sexual health, pelvic pain, and supporting people through their pregnancy and postpartum journeys. She is especially passionate about guiding clients as they return to exercise whether that means getting back to the gym, lifting weights, running, or simply feeling strong in daily life. Using a client-centered approach, Jessica works to connect the dots between physical anatomy, life experiences, and lifestyle, empowering clients with tools that support their goals. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys cooking, baking, staying active, volunteering in her community, and spending time with her wonderful circle of family and friends.
