NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS Lacey Forsyth is a Registered Physical Therapist, healthcare entrepreneur, educator, and the Founder & CEO of Bump Physio & Co; a multi-location physiotherapy and allied health company serving communities across British Columbia. What began as a boutique pelvic health practice has grown into a life-cycle focused healthcare brand grounded in one core belief: everyone experiences bumps in life, whether that’s pregnancy, injury, aging, performance ambitions, or unexpected detours. Under Lacey’s leadership, Bump has expanded into a values-driven organization centered on belonging, growth, and clinical excellence. As CEO, Lacey leads strategic development, organizational growth, and leadership across multiple clinics. She is deeply committed to cultivating confident clinicians, strong systems, and workplace cultures where both clients and teams can thrive. Lacey holds a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia (UBC), a Master of Arts in Sociology from Simon Fraser University, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from UBC. Her educational background blends hands-on clinical insight with a systems-based approach to healthcare, leadership, and community building. In addition to her executive leadership role, Lacey remains connected to clinical education and professional mentorship. She contributes to post-graduate training through Pelvic Health Solutions, teaching with the UBC MPT program and maintaining active memberships with the Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia and the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. At her core, Lacey is passionate about growing people, whether that means guiding clients through physical recovery, mentoring clinicians into leadership, or building organizations that evolve alongside the communities they serve. Outside of her work, she is a proud mom of two teenage boys and understands firsthand the resilience, humour, and adaptability required to navigate life’s many bumps.
