Originally from York, England, Jack Pinder, D.O.M.P is now proud to be starting a new chapter in Canada, bringing his passion for osteopathy and movement-based care to the local community. Jack graduated from the National Academy of Osteopathy and also holds a Bachelor’s (Honours) degree in Sports Therapy from the UK. His combined education allows him to integrate strong clinical assessment skills with hands-on treatment and rehabilitation expertise. At T.O.G.ether Wellness Clinic in Alliston, Ontario, Jack provides holistic and gentle osteopathic care tailored to each individual. He treats a wide range of pain and mobility issues, including back and neck pain, joint discomfort, muscular tension, and movement restrictions. His focus is on identifying and addressing the root cause of symptoms rather than simply treating where the pain presents. Jack incorporates a variety of manual therapy techniques including joint mobilizations, Muscle Energy Techniques (METs), myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and soft tissue work. He also provides personalized exercise programs and mobility guidance to support recovery, improve function, and maintain long-term results. He chose osteopathy because of its integrative nature — combining elements of physiotherapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy into one comprehensive and patient-centred approach. This allows him to create tailored treatments specific to each person’s needs, goals, and lifestyle. Outside of the clinic, Jack enjoys music, hiking, travelling, and football (soccer), reflecting his appreciation for movement, wellbeing, and balance. Jack is committed to helping patients move better, feel better, and build lasting resilience.
