Maddie is a recent graduate of East West College of the Healing Arts, where she trained in a blend of Eastern and Western healing modalities. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Activity and Health with a concentration in Exercise Science. Her background in collegiate soccer and movement continues to inform her approach. She focuses on musculoskeletal support, pain relief, and helping clients feel more connected to their bodies. Her sessions are guided by intuitive care and active listening, and she tailors her work to the individual and how they are feeling on the day of their session. Nervous system regulation and fascial release are central to her work, allowing the body to settle before moving into deeper therapeutic techniques. In her final term at East West, she studied structural bodywork, Tui Na massage and elements of craniosacral therapy. A Structural Bodywork elective with Jay opened up a new way of understanding the body. Maddie also completed Reclaiming the Pelvic Floor (32 hour training) in January 2026 and will update her schedule when she begins offering external pelvic floor therapy sessions.

This session includes time for intake, hands-on massage, and changing. Relaxation, stress relief, and addressing specific areas of tension.
