Nicole is a Registered Physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience in health and wellness. She holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from McMaster University and has specialized training in Pelvic Health and Neurokinetic Therapy. Treating both pelvic health issues and musculoskeletal conditions, Nicole combines her strong background in Yoga and Meditation to provide comprehensive care that empowers clients and promotes overall well-being. When you meet Nicole, you’ll immediately notice her holistic approach—she views you as a whole person, not just a collection of symptoms. For example, your chronic low back pain may be connected to a 20-year-old c-section scar, or your jaw tension’s ability to impact pregnancy and delivery. Passionate about the mind-body connection, Nicole helps you explore the neuroscience of pain and how your mindset affects your health, guiding you toward meaningful lifestyle changes. In her spare time, you’ll likely find her enjoying a coffee, listening to a podcast, and staying active—often by chasing her toddler around the Driving Park!
For active clients continuing care from a recent assessment within the last 6 months. Sessions focus on your treatment plan: hands-on work, exercise progression, and education. Choose 30 minutes for shorter check-ins or 45 minutes for sessions that typically need more time. Your practitioner will recommend the right length at your assessment.
