Where are you from? North Vancouver, BC What made you choose this line of work? I am captivated by the incredible machine that is the human body, how it can adapt and change to anything thrown its way I grew up playing sports, pursuing fitness, and questioning best practices to improve performance I have always strived to teach people in a way that is all-encompassing and allows for individual interpretation and learning differences I enjoy the feeling of watching someone accomplish goals they never thought they could attain What can clients/patients expect from a typical session? Jacob ensures that sessions are engaging, supportive, and built around your goals. Each visit starts with a check-in to understand how you’re moving and feeling that day, followed by a thoughtful, individualized plan that evolves as you progress. With extensive coaching and clinical experience, sessions are clear, purposeful, and adaptable - striving to meet you where you’re at while challenging you appropriately. Every session will be delivered with a positive, upbeat energy where questions are encouraged, learning is part of the process, and progress is something to feel good about Words of Wisdom that Jacob lives by: In life, velocity means very little; acceleration means everything If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together

During this session, we will go through your intake form together. Then, we'll take some body measurements, measure some vital signs, take you though a few movement screens, and some sub-maximal testing. From there, we'll collaborate on a training plan that works for you!
