I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2019 following my graduation from Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies in Brentwood, TN. My 500+ hours of training is based in medical massage and incorporates various modalities into each massage. My specialties include Advanced Swedish, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, and Manual Lymph Drainage. I focus my work on creating individualized therapy sessions for each of my clients. I have a degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Economics from Union University. After working several years in the business field, I realized that I wanted something that would make a difference in people's lives. I saw first-hand the benefits of Manual Lymph Drainage and the impact it could make on someone's daily life. I decided to explore the benefits of massage and realized how much I enjoy helping people through massage. My other passions include spending time with my wife and son, being a homeschool dad, playing video games, and woodworking. I look forward to working with you.
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. After therapist complete MLD, this service includes a choice of 20 minutes of relaxing massage to specific area or brief overall encounter.
