Katie’s journey to becoming an RMT was full of twists and turns. Following her passion for the stage, Katie pursued acting at the University of Windsor. While she continues to act, mostly voice acting she fell in love with Pilates. Not long after taking her first pilates class, she received her certification to teach Pilates on the mat. Working at a women’s gym created opportunities for Katie to grow as a fitness professional and cultivate meaningful relationships with her clients. Adding massage therapy to her toolbox was a natural next step for this knowledge seeker and movement obsessed practitioner. When Katie isn’t working, you can find her hanging 20ft above ground wrapped in aerial silks or 20ft underwater exploring the ocean with her husband. ###**Services Provided:** + Registered Massage Therapy + Pre and Postnatal Massage ###**Key Qualifications:** + Registered Massage Therapy + Bachelor of Fine Arts + Pilates Certification + Focus in Women’s Health ###**Schedule:** + Monday 2:30-8p + Wednesday 2-8p + Friday 8a-12:30p + Saturday 9a-4p

Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle, yet effective type of massage therapy that helps promote the movement of lymph fluids through your body reducing swelling and pain, improving digestion, enhancing immune function and promoting relaxation. Like the name says, lymphatic drainage is the process of “draining” and circulating fluid from your lymph nodes using massage techniques. It drains your body of excess puffiness and can help reduce swelling, improves blood flow and generally decongests excess fluid. Most patients feel lighter with a reduction of pain and inflammation immediately post-treatment.
