I first began my movement journey in the world of street dance back in 2010, training in a variety of styles of dance with the goal of imbuing my body with multiple ways to move. I took my training internationally to places like Japan, Korea, and the U.S.A to be trained by the best and broaden my horizons. Dance has taken me to win several competitions of freestyle and choreography, but it also let me to discover the world of injuries. 8 years into my dance career after a degree in linguistics, I used my knowledge to understand my body on a mental level, and integrated all of my dance training into exercise science, neuroscience, biomechanics, and ultimately the GYROTONIC Method.
