With over 17 years dedicated to the art of holistic healing, I am a highly experienced and compassionate massage therapist. My journey into the world of bodywork began with a profound belief in the innate power of the human body to heal itself, which has since evolved into a rich tapestry of skills and knowledge. Applying a unique approach to massage therapy, I blend traditional techniques with a deep understanding of energy work, craniosacral therapy, and sound healing. It is my firm belief that massage therapy should never be painful, and as a trauma-informed care specialist, I have a deep understanding of how the body holds onto emotional and physical traumas.
