Bidhan is a Resident Physiotherapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and clinical experience working with Nepal’s professional football club, where he supported players through injury management, performance preparation, and return-to-sport programs. During this time, he blended his physiotherapy training with personal training principles to help athletes build strength, improve movement efficiency, and stay competitive throughout the season. He enjoys working with people who want to stay active and understand their bodies better. Sports rehab remains a major interest for him. His approach is straightforward: assess thoroughly, explain clearly, and build a plan that fits each person’s lifestyle. He prioritizes movement quality, strength, and long-term resilience over quick fixes. Outside the clinic, Bidhan enjoys lifting weights, long walks, and playing guitar and piano. He stays committed to ongoing learning, both as a clinician and as a person, and brings that same curiosity and consistency to every patient he works with.

Initial Physiotherapy Assessment

A comprehensive, head-to-toe assessment designed to understand how your body is moving and why symptoms are showing up. We assess posture and alignment, analyze gait and movement patterns, perform manual muscle testing, and use relevant orthopaedic and special tests to reach an accurate diagnosis. You’ll leave with a clear game plan that addresses the root cause of your issue, not just the symptoms.
