Heather completed her RMT designation through Vancouver Career College in Burnaby. She has a strong background in human movement, physiology, and biology that she strives to apply to her practice. Heather is passionate about facilitating the body and mind in its healing journey. She is able to work with the individual and help to alleviate the compensation patterns that we tend to store within our bodies. Her goal is it show people they can heal and to bring awareness to the mind-body connection so that they can live life to the fullest! Heather uses a combination of techniques that looks to address the fascial, musculoskeletal, and neurological components of the body while also bringing a sense of connection and relaxation within the body. She is passionate about combining modern medicine with holistic health and feels there is an important role for both to work cohesively.
Appointment includes Orthopaedic Assessment, Treatment and Remedial Exercises. Adequate time to address 1-2 areas of concern.
