Dr. Andrew Schriever is from a small town in rural Iowa called Rockford. Growing up playing multiple sports Andrew always had an interest in health and performance. He later went on to receive a degree in biology from the University of Northern Iowa. While at UNI, he visited numerous clubs in the medical realm including the pre-chiropractic club. This is where he became more informed on what chiropractic care can be. He loved the idea that chiropractors play such an important role in patients’ overall health and also do more than adjust. Dr. Schriever then attended Cleveland Chiropractic College in Overland Park, KS. This is where he found his passion for treating musculoskeletal injuries while also helping those who want to increase performance. He started attending weekend seminars outside of school to further educate himself on the benefits of exercise and rehabilitation. These seminars allow him to use a variety of techniques to treat his patients. Teams: Park University – Athletics Certifications: Motion Palpation (MPI) Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) McKenzie Method (MDT) Dry Needling FAKTR Soft Tissue/Taping Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) Functional Movement Screen (FMS) In his free time, Dr. Schriever enjoys spending time with his girlfriend Courtney and their golden retriever Max. Working out and playing sports are still an important part of his life, along with watching his Iowa Hawkeyes.
