Hello my name is Kristie I'm a mother of five a grandma of three and currently doing what I'm most passionate about- caring for others. In 1999 I went to UCMT where I learned a variety of massage modalities such as Swedish, Shiatsu, Craniosacral, Reflexology, Prenatal, Infant Massage, Hydrotherapy, Sports Massage, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Acupressure, Seated (Chair) Massage & Touch for Health Kinesiology. I put focus on raising my children just practicing massage on family & friends. In 2021 went back to school where I most recently have been certified in Himalayan Hot Stone, Aroma, Cupping, Gua Sha & Lymphatic Massage. I currently offer Swedish, Combination work, Craniosacral, Reflexology, & Prenatal. I currently work out of my home on friends, family & word of mouth. Outside of Massage I love to spend time with my family & friends. I love being outdoors & enjoying the beauty of nature. I love to read & learn especially about improving health. I love to create new dishes that are healthy. I love music, I love to sing/dance & currently trying to learn & get good at acoustic guitar.
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
