Evidence-Based Chiropractic Care for Better Movement, Function, and Long-Term Wellness My goal as a chiropractor is simple: to improve your quality of life and help build a community that understands the importance of movement and exercise. I want every person I work with to feel capable of doing what they love — without a moment’s hesitation. My passion for chiropractic care began early. As a kid struggling with persistent knee pain, I learned firsthand that chiropractic care is about far more than spinal adjustments. A single visit opened my eyes to how movement, function, and whole-body balance profoundly affect recovery and performance. That experience sparked a lifelong dedication to understanding how the body works — and how to help people move freely and confidently at every stage of life. Today, my practice is grounded in evidence-based chiropractic care with a strong focus on muscle, nerve, and joint function. I combine the latest research with hands-on treatment, movement assessment, and clear patient education to deliver personalized care that meets your individual needs. You’ll leave each session not just feeling better, but also with a clear understanding of your body — empowering you to take an active role in your recovery, prevent future injuries, and maintain long-term wellness. My approach: Evidence-based chiropractic techniques Muscle, nerve, and joint-focused assessment Movement-centred treatment planning Hands-on manual therapy where needed Exercise, rehabilitation, and prevention strategies Clear education so you understand your body and your path to recovery Whether you’re dealing with pain, recovering from injury, or striving to perform at your best, my goal is to support you in moving with confidence — and returning to the activities that bring you joy.

Initial Golf Performance Assessment
New PatientGeneral

This comprehensive session is designed to identify the "body-swing connection"—how your physical movement patterns directly impact your golf game. We begin with a dual-diagnostic approach, combining a traditional Chiropractic assessment with a TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Screen. By evaluating your mobility, stability, and power, we pinpoint physical restrictions that may be causing "swing leaks" or discomfort. The session concludes with a Chiropractic adjustment, targeted Active Release Technique (ART) to address soft tissue tension, and a customized Home Care Corrective Exercise plan.
