I started The Balm after training at Sterling Massage School. It is my hope that we can partner together to find the best plan to move you forward on your journey to peace, health, and happiness. Please keep checking back for additional modalities and techniques to be added in order to provide a well-rounded approach to the journey.
Our custom massage will use a combination of techniques, which may include myofascial release, cupping, wet or dry heat, aromatherapy, stretching, and Swedish modalities, to address your areas of concern. Whether you're looking for medical massage, therapeutic massage, sports massage, or just to bask in deep relaxation, this session length will allow us to address one to two focal points, or a refreshing full-body relaxation massage.
