Hi and welcome. My name is Laura. I go by Lore, like folklore. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in Connecticut and I have extensive training in working with the nervous system to supportrelaxation, healing, pain relief and trauma recovery. I specialize in neuromuscular therapy and offer deep tissue,craniosacraltherapy, manual lymphatic drainage, reflexology, sports, prenatal and relaxation massage. My goals are to provide a safe and healingenvironmentand to customize sessions to best fit where you are on your journey and where you want to be.
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the specific needs of those expecting. Using pillows, cushions, and side-lying postures, we will help make sure you and your little one(s) are comfortable during our session.
