Hello and welcome! My name is Peyton Ward and here's a little about me! Ive always known I wanted to be a massage therapist. Having struggled with chronic pain most of my life, receiving my first massage at 16 completely changed my world for the better. That experience inspired me to help others find the same relief and balance through therapeutic touch. I graduated from the Mind Body Institute in Nashville, TN in 2017 and later earned my certification as a Medical Massage Practitioner . I specialize in therapeutic modalities such as neuromuscular therapy, trigger point work, and PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) , but I also love providing deeply relaxing sessions that help my clients reset and unwind. Im currently located at Perrydise Salon and Spa in Perry, Georgia , where I offer personalized massage experiences tailored to each clients needs. Outside of massage, Im a wife, mother, and bonus mom to three amazing children. I love pole fitness, aerials, yoga , and spending time outdoors. I now work Monday through Friday so I can dedicate weekends to my family and the activities that bring me joy.
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapists hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
