Kelly graduated from Laurier University with an Honours Bachelor of Science Kinesiology Degree in 2009. From there she went on to complete her Honours Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences - Athletic Therapy Degree at Sheridan College in 2012. She was the Silver Medal recipient, a distinction which is given to the graduating student with the highest-grade point average. Kelly’s thirst for knowledge eventually drove her back to school where she received her Massage Therapy Diploma in 2016. She is a Registered Massage Therapist and a Certified Athletic Therapist. Kelly aspires to help as many people as she can. Through continued education, she evolves and grows as a practitioner which is very important to her. Since graduation as a RMT she has further completed continuing education courses in Pregnancy Massage as well as Caesarian Birth Self Care. Kelly’s extensive studies helps her to individualize each treatment meeting the needs of clients with variety of ailments. She utilizes Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques, as well as myofascial release, trigger point release, joint mobilizations, stretching and hydrotherapy within her treatments. Kelly grew up playing high level sports, specifically rep hockey and rep fastpitch. She was inducted into the Brampton Sports Hall of Fame in 2017 for her accomplishments. In her spare time, Kelly loves to read and spend quality time with her family and friends.
