Dr. Mario Del Frate joined Nourish Family Chiropractic after practicing in the St. Louis area, where he worked with a diverse patient population and developed a passion for helping individuals and families improve their health and quality of life. Dr. Mario’s journey into chiropractic began after experiencing a significant shoulder injury that impacted his ability to participate in the sports he loved. Through his own recovery as a patient, Dr. Mario experienced the benefits of chiropractic care firsthand and was inspired by the body’s ability to heal when supported through movement, rehabilitation, and a holistic approach to health. He has special interests in supporting individuals and families through musculoskeletal care, sports injury rehabilitation, pregnancy, family wellness, and rehabilitation. This initial chiropractic assessment includes: a complete health history and examination of posture, balance & co-ordination, movement patterns, and full spine & related structures. If the first adjustment takes place on the first visit, the standard cost of an adjustment ($58.00) will be applied.
