Paramjit Kaur Aulakh Param is a skilled and compassionate physiotherapist dedicated to helping individuals restore their physical well-being and enhance their quality of life. Holding a Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy from Punjabi University, Patiala, India, she has built a strong foundation in the field, with a focus on treating musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Her treatment approach combines hands-on therapeutic techniques, such as joint mobilizations and soft tissue release, with active exercise programs to reduce pain, improve joint function, and promote optimal movement. She is also trained in Mulligan Concept mobilization techniques and Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) with dry needling, which she uses to address chronic muscle pain, trigger points, and nerve-related conditions. In addition, Param is a Level 2 Vestibular and Concussion Therapist, allowing her to effectively assess and treat patients with vestibular disorders and those recovering from concussions.
