Hi! I’m Karthika Devi Ganesh, a Canadian-trained Manual Osteopathy Therapist, Yoga Instructor, Craniosacral Therapy Practitioner, and Reiki Master. I am passionate about helping people achieve better health through holistic, patient-centered care that supports the body’s natural ability to heal. I believe in treating the whole person rather than just the symptoms. By combining manual osteopathic techniques, craniosacral therapy, yoga, and Reiki, I create personalized treatment plans that help relieve pain, restore mobility, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. My goal is to provide a calm, supportive environment where you feel heard, cared for, and confident in your healing journey. I am committed to ongoing learning and providing compassionate, individualized care that respects each person’s unique needs and health goals. When I’m not in the clinic, I enjoy staying connected to my passion for Indian classical dance. I have been practicing Bharatanatyam for over 45 years and previously founded and taught at my own Bharatanatyam school in Calgary for more than 21 years. Dance continues to inspire the balance, discipline, and mindfulness that I bring to both my life and my practice.
